2024 Yom HaShoah Holocaust Remembrance Program

Register today for this program on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ.

Chhange's annual Yom HaShoah Remembrance Program features Dr. David Frey, Professor of History, Founding Director of the Stewart and Lynda Resnick Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies (CHGS), and Founding Co-Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Studies Minor at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, who will share his research on the Ritchie Boys, the secret U.S. unit bolstered by German-born Jews who helped the Allies beat Hitler.

The program also will include music provided by the Cedar Drive Middle School Choir, as well as a candle-lighting ceremony led by local Holocaust Survivors. Survivors will be accompanied by service members from Naval Weapons Station Earle.
