About 5 years ago, one of Chhange’s board members suggested I contact the organization to volunteer. I had recently retired from many years in a management position at a non-profit organization and was looking to become involved in the community. I feel like I have found a place whose values I support and admire, and I look forward to being involved with Dale and the staff at Chhange. The volunteers are great to work with and provide a very valuable asset to the organization.
