The highlight for our seventh "Artifacts are Survivors" post: A "Peace Quilt" created by Dr. Terry Konn and Survivors of the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi in Rwanda. #Kwibuka, which means remember, is an annual commemoration - beginning April 7 and lasting 100 days - honoring the more than 1 million people who were victims of the genocide.
