Linda Milstein, EdD
Second Vice President
Linda Milstein, EdD, served as Vice President of Outreach, Business and Community Development at Brookdale Community College for 15 years, overseeing the college's services and programs for business and community outreach and lifelong learning, including the Chhange.
During her retirement, Milstein is on the Board of Chhange, serves as Second Vice President, assists with the development and implementation of Chhange’s long-range plan and is a docent for the exhibit Journeys Beyond Genocide: The Human Experience.
Dr. Milstein earned her Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College and her MEd and EdD in Adult and Continuing Education from Rutgers University, Graduate School of Education.
